Replacement brush elements

Replacement elements update the working surface of an existing cleaner: filament, holders, segment frames. All dimensions are taken from the installed unit — the site does not assume cross-manufacturer compatibility.

Filament and holder: bristles set into the frame.

Variants

Filament material

PP, PA and other filament materials differ in stiffness, moisture behaviour and temperature limits; see the article on PP versus PA.

Holders and frames

Holders keep filament or segments on the frame; their fitting dimensions must match the unit.

Refurbishment kits

Sets of sections or wound elements assembled for a specific roller; the composition is agreed with the manufacturer.

Parameters for a replacement element request

ParameterWhat to state
Unit typeRoller brush, sectional brush or complete cleaner the elements are for.
Fitting dimensionsCore or shaft diameter, holder spacing, fixing method.
FilamentMaterial and free length; use the worn filament and the PP/PA article as orientation.
Sample of the old elementIf possible, attach a photo or sample; it reduces the risk of mismatch.

Limits and caveats

  • Compatibility with third-party units is not guaranteed or implied.
  • Checking by photo without dimensions is insufficient for an order.
  • Properties of the installed unit are verified only by actual measurement.
Versus a sectional brush: A sectional brush is a complete design built from sections. Replacement elements are a way to refresh an existing unit of any type; the data comes from the installed equipment.

Check profile, pitch and length on the actual unit; a sample speeds up agreement.
