The quality of a manufacturer offer directly depends on the completeness of your request. A good specification is short but contains all dimensions, conditions and limits.
Request contents
Geometry: belt width, roller outside diameter and length, core diameter, seatings and bearings. Bristle: material and intended working length — noting that the manufacturer sets the final value. Conditions: material, moisture, temperatures, speeds, belt type. Special requirements: food contact, aggressive media, explosive atmospheres — where applicable.
How to send it
Assemble the data in the assistant — it forms the text from one map. Attach a photo of the unit and, for a replacement, the measurement map. The same data set in requests to different manufacturers is the only way to get comparable offers. The site does not send requests: the document goes to the manufacturer you choose.
