Complete brush cleaners

A finished cleaning unit: brush roller, bearings, drive and mounting parts. Because the assembly positions the brush relative to the belt, fitting and mounting dimensions are checked as carefully as diameter and length.

A cleaner beside the pulley: belt, bearings, brush roller, rotation direction.

Variants

Electric drive

A dedicated motor and gear set the roller speed independently of the conveyor; power supply and speed coordination are required.

Belt-driven

The roller turns from belt movement through friction; speed depends on belt speed and the actual contact.

Hydraulic or pneumatic drive

Used where an electric drive is undesirable; requires supply lines and coordination with plant systems.

Dimensions to request

Roller lengthWorking brush length and total length with bearing units.
MountingFree space, bracket type, drive position and power supply options.

Limits and caveats

  • Complete cleaners are built around a specific belt and frame: dimensions come from the conveyor, not from a price list.
  • Drive compatibility (power, speed, torque) is confirmed by the manufacturer.
  • The site does not publish efficiency claims for specific complete cleaners.
Compared with roller brushes: A roller brush is the working element itself; a complete cleaner adds bearings, brackets and drive. When replacing, check which part you are actually ordering.

Start from the belt width and free space; the roller dimensions follow from the unit design.
